About Us

Bringing the Rich Flavors of Sichuan Cuisine to Your Table

Shu Xiang Fang was established in 2020, specializing in authentic Sichuan cuisine Northeastern cuisine, barbecue, tin foil cooking and a variety of seafood. Our chefs are from Chongqing and have over 30 years of experience in authentic Sichuan cuisine. The restaurant has three floors, with the second and third floors featuring two private rooms, perfect for corporate dinners, family gatherings, and friends’ parties. The decor takes inspiration from a relaxing countryside bamboo forest, creating a natural and eco-friendly dining atmosphere. Here, you can unwind and escape the daily hustle, enjoying a peaceful “hidden paradise” dining experience.

There are four flavors to choose from (spicy/green pepper/black bean/sour cabbage) The fish skin is crispy and crispy, and the fish meat inside is still tender and fragrant. The fish meat and the side dishes are full of the aroma of black bean, and the sauce is rich. Black bean is really delicious. All the big crayfish with fat and full of roe are here! Each one has its back opened and is super easy to peel. The full roe makes you want to stop drooling. Take a mouthful of the full yellow and dip the shrimp meat into the spicy soup. It is so delicious that you can’t help but suck your fingers. The spicy and numbing taste surrounds your lips and teeth. Paired with Arctic Ocean orange soda, in one word, it is refreshing!

Boiled fish

Authentic boiled fish certified by Sichuan people. The oversized boiled fish is sprinkled with chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns. The tender fish meat is paired with the fresh and fragrant soup. It goes well with rice. Paired with the store’s Arctic Ocean orange soda, this place is simply a happy paradise for people who love spicy food!

Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chili

The sour soup and the thick fish slices are the perfect match! Who can resist this super big bowl of golden soup pickled fish? One piece of pickled cabbage and one piece of fish, I am the only one who can be part of the Qianfan Warrior Alliance! The portion is so big that I have to walk with the help of the wall.

Steamed Fish Head with Diced Hot Red Peppers

It is a very popular dish, and many portions are sold every day~ The fish head is not big, there is a lot of tender meat, and there are no thorns, so don’t feel too comfortable eating it! What I love is the large piece of jelly-like meat in the fish head ~ dip it in the chopped pepper soup on the side. Take a big bite, it’s full of collagen, delicious and goes well with meals.

And Candied sweet potatoes, i can eat up full plate. Hot and sour potato shreds need a little bit more seasoning. It tastes a bit plain for me.
